1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to BookBalancePro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a store or company, you confirm that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

BookBalancePro provides a cloud-hosted and offline-capable Business Management Platform including Point of Sale (POS), Inventory Control, Double-Entry Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Repair Ticket Tracking, and Customer Loyalty tools.

3. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

• Free Trial: Selected plans offer a 30-day trial with full feature access without initial billing.
• Subscription Fees: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Paystack, PayPal, or card.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

4. Customer Data Ownership

You retain 100% ownership rights to all product data, inventory records, sales ledgers, customer details, and repair history stored within your BookBalancePro tenant. We never sell or monetize your business records.

5. Limitation of Liability

BookBalancePro strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA. However, the service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BookBalancePro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from store hardware failure or third-party telecom outages.
